PLEASANT HILL, Mo. - At the September 12, 2022, regular City Council meeting, the Pleasant Hill City Council voted to approve a contract with Tri-County Water Authority. The City’s existing contract is set to expire on December 31, 2022.
The City of Pleasant Hill purchases water from two sources, Kansas City Missouri Water Services and the Tri-County Water Authority. The contract is now set to expire on December 31, 2041.
In compliance with RSMO 88.251, the contract will remain on file with the City Clerk for public inspection for at least thirty (30) days. The contract will become effective on October 13, 2022 if no petition is filed in accordance with state statute.
