• The City of Pleasant Hill does not charge a fishing permit fee. 
• There is no horsepower restriction on the lake, but there is a no wake rule that will be enforced by the discretion of the Park Manager
• All Missouri Water Patrol rules and regulations will be observed
• Noise curfew at lake is 10pm – 7am
• No swimming or wading
