• The City of Pleasant Hill does not charge a fishing permit fee. 
• There is no horsepower restriction on the lake, but there is a no wake rule that will be enforced by the discretion of the Park Manager.
• All Missouri Water Patrol rules and regulations will be observed.
• The City Lake noise curfew is from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• No swimming or wading allowed at any time.
