With the growing demand for online payments, the City of Pleasant Hill now provides the ability to enroll in auto-pay, or to schedule payments using a credit/debit card online. New features include Quick Pay, Future/Schedule a one-time payment, or Auto Pay. The account number will be required for these options. Below is more detailed information on what the new features include.
Quick-Pay: Allows users to make an online payment in the amount they choose to a specific account number, without first registering for an account.
Future/Scheduled Payments: This is a one-time payment scheduled for a future date. This is a handy tool for those that like to budget for a future pay period or date and specify the amount paid.
Auto Pay: This provides the option of allowing a recurring monthly payment. Users have the ability to choose the draft date and update credit card information at any time. This feature will deduct the account balance on the date specified by the account owner.
